The print queue is a very useful tool for anyone that is printing anything large or small. It can show you what you are printing and what you have printed for that day. Also, it is incredibly useful in case you accidentally print something like 400 envelopes, when you meant to print 400 letters.
You can access it by going to Mailroom > Print Queue.
Pause All button: You can pause all print jobs that you sent to the printer. You can review them to ensure that you printed the correct number and correct batch.
Resume All button: This is where you can choose to resume the print job you just paused.
Delete all button: You can clear your print jobs by pressing this button.
