Example Audience: Multiple Form Letters

Go to Outreach > Audiences, and click the blue plus button to the right of the search bar at the top of the Audiences page.

Unlike some of the other audiences we've looked at in this gallery, this one only looks for constituents who have received BOTH form letters (note the All Of joiner selection). If a constituent has received one but not the other, they won't be filtered into this audience.

If you'd like to create an audience with either one of the form letters, you just have to change the "All Of" drop down to be "Any Of."
