Standard Webforms

As a Fireside CRM and/or Website customer, your office has access to a number of standardized webforms that can be configured to automatically route submissions into your database. Setting up these webforms can save you time by skipping the inbox and routing directly to a batch. Paired with a logging template, we will set up the routing to automatically assign the mail record a form letter and staffer. From there all the staffer will have to do is send the response or take the appropriate action to keep the request moving along.

Provided below is a list of all standard webforms. Clicking the link will bring you to a demo website where you can take a look at the individual fields and questions that are in each of the webforms.

A few thing’s we’ll need to know to get the form set up:

  • Do you want to send email notifications to a a staffer’s personal inbox when the form is completed? If so, please provide us with that email.

  • To which staffer in your office should we assign the form submissions in Fireside?

  • What is the form letter response we should assign? Starting with a blank letter works just as well but know that’s only supposed to be a placeholder!

  • If you are only a web client, we will need to be connected with your CRM vendor to set up submission routing. Not sure if this applies to you? Please reach out to us, and we’ll figure out if an introduction is needed!
