Clone and Favorites

We are happy to introduce Cloning and Favoriting Options for Form Letters and Newsletters.

Now when you begin a new newsletter by clicking the round plus button, you can either create from Templates or create from Favorites. Perhaps, you updated the banner in a certain message, added a closing statement, or embedded imagery as section titles, and you want to send a future newsletter with these modifications. Rather than contacting Fireside to request a new template be built, you can make these changes yourself, Mark as Template Favorite on the message, and start from this favorited message in the future. This essentially puts template creation right in your hands

Cloning Newsletters

  • You are now able to clone Newsletters from the main Newsletter Screen.
  • From the Main Dashboard, navigate to Outreach > Messages and from here click the 3 dots to the right of an existing Newsletter to Clone.
  • Cloning a newsletter is ideal, if you want to send the exact same newsletter but to a different audience.
