First, open the individual mail record that needs to be restored.
Then, go to the upper-right corner, open the "snowman" icon, and select "Return to Inbox."
Navigate to the inbox to find the mail record and log it when ready using the desired staffer, form letter, batch, issues, and affiliations.
*Note: This only works on an individual basis for mail that was formerly in the inbox (i.e., emails or letters). This will not work for other mail types (i.e., phone calls or walk-ins).
