• • My Mail - this panel offers you a breakdown of the mail currently assigned to you as well as their status

  • My Forms - this panel offers you a breakdown of the form letters currently assigned to you as well as their status

  • My Case Reminders - this panel indicates any casework reminders you currently have due or coming up

  • Days of Inventory - this panel gives a report of your mail inventory for the last 90 days and a projection for the amount of days it would take to close out all current mail based on the previous 3 weeks response rate. 

  • Casework - A report on the number of open and closed cases over the previous week

  • Mailroom - A breakdown of mail by status over the course of the last week

  • People - A report on the number of new and total opt-ins over the last week
