Mail Search

 

To access Mail Search, Hover over the Mailroom icon  and select Mail Search

The filters in the gray box on the right can be used to filter through mail. 

 

Response Type

  • The Outbound response that was assigned when the mail was logged (email, letter, phone call, no response)

Outbound Status

  • The status of the assigned correspondence (assigned, pending, approved, closed, rework, scheduled, deleted)

Logging Staffer

  • Staff who logged the inbound mail 

Assigned Staffer

  • Staff who is assigned working on the outbound response

Form

  • The form letter assigned to the inbound mail

Batch

  • The batch that the outbound response has been placed in

Date Search

  • Created Start Date/Created End Date - Date inbound mail came into Fireside
  • Logged Start Date/Logged End Date - Date inbound mail was logged
  • Delivered Start Date/Delivered End Date - Date outbound email response was sent 
  • Printed Start Date/Printed End date - Date outbound letter response was printed'

Person Name

  • First Name - As it appears in Fireside
  • Last Name - As it appears in Fireside

Inbound Text

  • Subject
  • Body
