Casework Tags

Users who are Account Owners on the Single Form Letter(SFL)  platform have access to update Casework Tags. This can be done by navigating to System Settings and selecting Casework Tags.

Once here, you can see all the tags created over time from within Cases. On this page you are able to Delete and  Merge multiple selected tags. Clicking on the action icon (circle with 3 dots) provides more options for renaming and creating. The blue plus sign in the top right hand corner is also another way to create new tags.

There is also a Search Function that updates the list in real time based on the characters you begin to search.
