Fireside CRM Weekly Report

The Fireside CRM Weekly Report is sent out every Monday to active Fireside users who are opted-in to receive this report.  The weekly report provides mailroom information from the last 7 days as well as easy access to our other popular reports, such as Mail by Type and Open Mail. 

If you would like to receive this report, an Account Owner in the office can add this to your account by going to System Settings> Users> Select the user profile> Scroll to User Settings and click on the checkbox and hit "Save".  Alternatively, you can reach out to Fireside Support during chat hours , [e-mail] or by calling us at 202-621-5121.
