How Do I Delete Casework Attachments?
If you have uploaded a file to a case within the last 24 hours and you realize you need to delete it, you will see a trash can icon beside the file listing on the right hand sidebar for the case.
If there is a file more than 24 hours old that needs to be deleted, jump into chat or email us, and we'll take care of that for you!
