The Agencies page allows you to administer your agency names and tags as well as quickly search for agency contact information.
Within Fireside, an agency is just a label or name for any organization that you might communicate with on behalf of your constituents. Once an agency is created, people can be associated with that agency and, in turn, be added to cases as People on a Case.
