There are two types of accounts users may have in Fireside:
User - This indicates that the person is a regular user, and their permissions can be set or changed by Account Owners.
Account Owner - This indicates that the user has been appointed by the Chief of Staff to have certain additional responsibilities and permissions, above those of Users, within Fireside.
**We recommend at least one Account Owner in DC and each of the District Offices. There is no limit to the amount of Account Owners an office can have.**
