The “Communications Dashboard” is the default homepage for staffers marked as Communications Directors in Fireside and displays immediately for those staffers upon logging in to Fireside. This communications hub allows Fireside users to view data and results from numerous components of an office’s communications program and is the central place to start actions.
If you've sent out a newsletter through Fireside, you can track the 24-hour performance here. This graph shows per hour how many people opened and clicked on the newsletter. This can help you optimize what time is best for your list to send out a newsletter. You can change the date in the top righthand corner. By clicking the blue plus button at the top, that's your gateway to all actions communications related.These next three cards are to track your press releases, Fireside Live events that you've held, and surveys you've created on your website.
This final graph shows the visits to your website according to Google Analytics. The green lines show when you took an action from Fireside to track how that will correlate to website page views.
