Reports Tips & Tricks - FS Guide

  • Many offices look to generate constituent sentiment reports based on batches; however, this is generally not effective since batches are reusable in Fireside. Instead, be sure to tag mail with issues consistently, and use our various issues reports to pull this data to the fore.

  • If looking for a way to prioritize which batches to process for sending, try going to the main batches landing page (Mailroom > Batches) and reviewing the Count, Age Pending, and Oldest Date columns. Together, these columns will tell you if there’s a high or low mail count in batches, if the average days pending of all mail in the batch is high or low, and the inbound date of the oldest message in the batch. Column headers are clickable to sort your batches by the data shown, and using these figures together, you can determine which batches have the highest priority for processing.
