• Duplicates - This report identifies profiles in your system who seem likely to be the same person due to overlapping information.

  • This report must be monitored regularly (weekly, monthly, etc.) to keep the number of duplicate records low. Merging duplicate profiles ensures that individual records are properly maintained so that you don’t message the same person in multiple different ways or store a person’s info across multiple profiles.
