On your office's Contact Form, there is a section where users can elect that they do not wish to receive a response and only want to share their thoughts.
These messages are referred to as 'Comments' and are notated in the Fireside inbox with a yellow speech bubble icon.
This indicates that the constituent elected not to receive a response to their message.
These messages can be closed out. Issue & Bill codes can be added for tracking purposes as well as any additional notes.
