We are happy to introduce a new AI sorting functionality for the Inbox. You can turn on this new feature using the Mail Icon to the left of the Automations button in the top right.
Once clicked you will see details of the new feature and can confirm that you would like to turn it on. You can disable it by clicking the same icon and will only see this notice once.
Once activated tags will appear over each correspondence. You can view more info by clicking on "Read More Details" to understand why the correspondence was categorized that way.
While looking at the info you are allowed to Report as Miscategorized.
You will also notice High Priority tags which contain potentially threatening content.
Email Notifications are also sent out to all users pertaining to potentially Threatening Content.
These Notifications can be turned off via My Settings and unchecking the box for "Notify Me of AI-Detected Threatening Constituent Messages."
