Delete a Form Letter

Yes, it's possible to delete a form letter, only if it has never been used and isn't assigned to any outbounds. 

From the Form Letters page , click on the action icon ( three dots) next to the form letter you wish to delete. If the option to delete the form letter appears, it means you can delete the letter. If you do not see that option, it means the form letter is in use or has been used.
