Adding Text Field to Survey

Do you want constituent's to provide a response to a survey question?  You can add or create a survey based on a text field. 

• click on " Insert Field" > New

• Select " Text" as the field type, give the field a unique name  and ask the question  in "Text shown on the form" and hit "Save".

  

The field has been created. You can select "edit field" and can add additional rows to the text box as needed.

As a reminder, surveys with text fields cannot be embedded into a newsletter.  Newsletters only allow for one single select or one multi select question only.  You can add the survey via a link on the newsletter.
