Casework Outcome Report

The Casework Outcome Report counts closed cases according to their outcome for each staffer.

• Green - Favorable outcome

• Red - Unfavorable outcome

• Gray - Neutral Outcome

You can update the date range for when the case was closed by changing the start or end dates and clicking update.
