The Money Saved casework report gives staff a way to view for a set period of time the amount of money saved for constituents through casework processed by the office. Using the field for “Money Saved,” users can add a custom amount from the casework overview tab, and this will be reported on by agency name within the report. Time periods (start and end) can be set based on the casework opened or closed dates to further filter the results.
To reach this report, hover over the Reports icon on the left, and select “Casework Money Saved” from the menu.
