Fireside State Example Audience: Fireside Live Events Participation

With Fireside Live events you can dial constituents' cell and home phones and stream the conversation online as you answer their moderated questions.

Fireside Live customers have the ability to use Live Events data to enhance constituent communications, follow up after an event, or simply refine future Fireside Live audiences. Below are the available criteria that can be used to include or exclude people from an audience:

  • On Call Less Than/More Than: Reach out to constituents who hung up early or ensure that your avid listeners are included for your next call.

  • Queued to Talk on Call: Follow up with folks who were eager to ask the Member a question. If you only want to follow up with people who didn’t get a chance to speak, include this criteria and exclude "Talked on Call" to remove anyone who was able to ask their question.

  • Talked on Call: You could use this to send thank you notes or letters to those that got to talk to the Member on the call.

First, choose the user field Live Event Criteria (under Casework and Messaging).

When you click the far-right field, you will be able to select the specific Live Events criteria you would like to utilize. Identify the specific Live event in Fireside you are targeting, then specify a status.

If you use More Than or Less Than, you will be able to enter the number of minutes in the Time On Call field.
