Once your survey has been created, you can build an audience that includes everyone who has filled out the survey.
Step-by-step guide

Go to Outreach > Audiences, then select the plus button in the right hand corner to create a new audience.
2. Find the user field “Survey” in the "Choose a User Field" dropdown.
3.Then select “Is Equal To” and search for the name of your survey. Once that has been selected, you can save the audience.
