Fireside State Example Audience: Address Components

To build an audience around any address attribute, simply scroll to the addresses user field section and choose which address component (street, city, county, zip code) you want to include in your audience.

When it comes to addresses, there are four conditions you can use:

• Is Equal To - Find everyone who lives at a particular address in your CRM.

• Is Not Equal To - Find everyone who does not live at a particular address.

• Is Like - Find everyone who lives on a street or in a housing complex.

• Has A Value - Find everyone who has data in the Address field.

Find Everyone On a Street or In a Housing Complex

Select "HomeAddress Street1" as the user field, use "Is Like" as the condition. In the empty value box type the address component you want to look for (full street like "Eagle Ridge Dr," just the name like "Enchanted Oak," or just the type like drive, street, avenue, etc.). However, you need to make sure you wrap the component text with percent signs (%) in order for the audience to find all of the people with that in the address field.
