Fireside State Example Audience: Non-Subscriber Audience

To create a list of email addresses who have neither opted in nor opted out:

1. Navigate to Outreach > Audiences 

2. Click "New Audience" in the header toolbar. 

3. Give the audience a name (i.e., Non-Subscribers).

4. Using the "Include People Matching.." The first rule should be "OptIn".

5. Set the condition to "Does Not Have a Value"

6. Click "Save"

Your new audience will consist of those who are not opted in or out.
