The My Settings pop-out module allows users to update settings related to Casework Messaging feature. These include the default email template, the ability for casework replies to funnel into Fireside, adding oneself as an email CC by default, and signature block. Users do not need to be account owners to access this module.
To access My Settings you’ll want to find the icon on the bottom left of your screen, and click on the icon that resembles a face.
After selecting My Settings from the pop-out menu, you’ll see a module like the one below appear. These settings will allow you to control the following
