Fireside State CCs on Casework Emails

Ever wondered if you could CC people on a casework email? You can!

You can CC any person who has been added as a contact on a particular case (including yourself), as long as you have their email address on file in their person record. This is especially useful for elderly constituents who might have relatives who want to be updated about the status of their case or who are pursuing a case on behalf of an elderly family member.

How to CC Someone:

1. Add the person you want to CC as a contact on the case by clicking the small white plus button under the people tab on the right hand sidebar.

Then, in the popup that shows up, search for the person and click the 'Add to Case' button.

2. Once you have crafted an email to the constituent, you can CC others on the email by checking the boxes next to their name on the right side of the screen.

Please note: you will not be able to CC someone if no email address exists on file for that person. They will appear on the right side of the screen, but their name will be grayed out, and there will be a "(no email)" notation.
