Statistics - FS Guide

• The statistics page gives a quick snapshot of how your newsletter messages are performing with constituents. You will see the subject line for a newsletter, the audience(s) and the number of constituents in the audience who were sent the message, your open rate, click rate (for links), among other stats. 

  • Any blue number on this page is clickable and can give you a breakdown of individuals who fall within the specific category.

• The stats page also helps you understand the health of your mailing list by breaking down complaints and spam traps.

  • Complaints: Constituents clicked to mark your message as spam.

  • Spam Traps: An email no longer in use by an individual taken over by an email service provider to identify senders who are spamming emails.
