Best Practices for Batching

Creating: 

When creating/using Batches in Fireside, we highly recommend creating Batches around issues, separating them by pro, con, or neutral, as well as the Congress. An example of this would be:

Creating Batches around issues will help later when you are creating and sending new form letters. This will also expedite any Batch modifications, having them grouped by issue.

Organization: 

We recommend deleting empty Batches from previous sessions of Congress or on outdated issues. How to Delete Batches.

Sending:

While you can send out mail from within an individual batch, you can also take advantage of the ready to send batch and send out all of the mail with an approved form letter all at once. Ready to Send Batch.
