Fireside State Mail Aging Report

The Mail Aging Report is a quick way to see how much open mail is assigned to each staffer and for how long that mail has been open.

Click on the column headers to change the sort order of the grid.

Hover over an item in the chart to get the exact count for each staffer and drag the slider at the bottom to change the date range of data in the chart.

• Average days pending - This column shows for how many days, on average, each piece of incomplete mail has been open for each staffer.
