Fireside State Staff Mail Activity Report

The staff mail activity report shows how much inbound mail each staffer has logged within the specified date range, categorized by the mail type (i.e., Email, Letter, Phone Call, etc.). Note that this is only looking at inbound mail, and not at any responses being sent out. This report is most useful for monitoring how quickly inbound mail gets logged out of the inbox.
