The Average Days Pending Report shows the average age of mail that was closed within the specified date range. The count of open mail is broken down by staffer and an Office Average is provided.

Data Grouping - The mail counts can be broken down into weekly, monthly, and yearly counts.

Included Staffers - You can choose which staffers appear in the report by selecting and unselecting their names. These selections are shared between all users and are preserved for subsequent viewings of the report.
