To help streamline your mail logging process, you have the ability to create logging templates which record pre-set criteria for how mail should be logged. Logging templates can be used with the quick log tool to log a message or when creating automations to help auto-route mail entering the inbox.

Criteria which you can pre-set include: the staffer who will handle the mail, the batch to hold the mail, a form letter response, the response method (email or letter), or any issue, affiliation, or bill codes.
