Mailroom - FS Guide

 

The mailroom module is split into seven main sections. Mail that comes into Fireside generally goes into the inbox where it awaits logging by staff. In this state, the mail is an unlogged inbound. There are two different ways that this type of mail can be handled: 1) logged with a response AKA an “outbound” and 2) logged without a response. All unlogged inbound mail exists in the inbox. Mail that has been logged is thereafter accessible in different parts of the mailroom module depending on how you want to access it.
