Print Queue - FS Guide

• The print queue displays the active print jobs of mail, as well as the mail you’ve printed that calendar day (when you click the “Printed Today” button).

• You can pause, resume, or delete active print jobs from this screen.

• It must be noted that there are three places that active print jobs can exist: Fireside print queue, Fireside printer server, and the printer itself. We can only cancel print jobs if they are in the print queue or our printer server. If the items have been sent from our printer server to your printer, we do not have control, and they must be stopped from the printer itself.
