Your My Cases page is the best place to find and access all of your cases. You will find filters on the right side of your screen, which you can use to find any and all cases within your system.
-
A search bar at the top of the screen will look through case notes and descriptions.
-
Note: This does not search constituent name or agency: use the filters on the right for this (i.e., contact name and agency).

-
The Activity Inbox also appears on this page and is a shared inbox where mail from individuals with whom you’ve corresponded will appear if they use your original Fireside email address (example format: First.Last-SSDD@emanager.house.gov). We recommend that you check the Activity Inbox regularly, such as once a week.
-
New PRF forms that constituents complete online will appear in the Activity Inbox and remain there until added to an existing case or a newly created one

When you open a case, the ensuing page provides you flexibility for tracking the progress of casework. You can leave internal notes, send an email, attach a form letter to a case/print it, associate files to a case, set reminder alerts, and more. Internal notes will have a yellow background, while public information will be in white.

Casework messaging is the name we give to sending and receiving emails through a case in Fireside. All you need to do is click “Email,” designate a recipient and subject line, and start drafting a message! Note: Make sure to preview your email before clicking send.
