The casework module is split into five sections (not counting an individual case), which work to ensure that the tools you need to track casework progress and communicate with stakeholders are available in one place. The casework section revolves around “My Cases” which holds all of your pending and closed cases. The remaining sections provide tools to track casework reminders, organize agency contact information, and craft messages.
