• Reminders are optional triggers that will notify you both within Fireside and via emails that will notify you to check up on a case

 

 

• When you set reminders for your cases, they will appear listed on this page for your convenience. 

 

 

 

• After setting a reminder, this will trigger an email to your Outlook notifying you to take action. A link to the case is included in the email.
