My Settings - FS Guide

 

The My Settings section allows you to customize your preferences when sending case emails. 

  • Associating Replies 

    • Enabling this setting will automatically attach replies received back into the case. You will get an email notification indicating a reply was received, but the message will already be in Fireside.

      • Be sure to check the Activity Inbox if you don’t see the reply in your case.

  • Default cc on Emails 

    • Enabling this setting will set your email as an automatic cc on all outbound casework emails you send.

  • Default Template

    • Users can select their “go-to” template to appear on Casework emails

      • Should you rather use a custom signature block, you can set that as the default instead.

  • Template Settings

    • Here you can personalize your email signature. 

    • Update the default template

  • Signature Block
