Navigate to Casework > Form Letters to review and edit your office’s casework form letters, which are used to send emails and physical letters to constituents and agencies.

When sending an email, click on the canned responses icon to open a popup to select your form letter. This will produce a dropdown list of all casework form letters (with the colored dot to indicate the form letter status).

Note that only form letters in an approved state can be sent.

There’s a similar dropdown menu for sending physical letters.

When choosing your canned response, you can select an email template and change your default template by clicking “Change Default Template.”

You can also set your default email template under My Settings.

To help streamline letter editing, you can use casework merge fields to automatically fill in particular values like constituent name or address info.
