If you have specific cases which you cover or divvy up casework in a particular way, you can make case templates which pre-set certain information in order to streamline starting a case.

Information you can pre-set with case templates include: 1) staffer; 2) agency; 3) casework tags; and 4) agency contact.

You can also add specific emails and/or letter responses that you always must send when starting up particular cases. For example, if you know you always need to send a specific form letter at the start of a case, that form letter can be included in the case template.
