Your office’s flag form is hosted by HIR, but upon submission, constituent information is sent to Fireside in the form of correspondence. You can search for specific flag requests in the corresponding batch or constituent name in the search bar. If you have any questions regarding the form itself, please use the My Services Request portal on housenet.house.gov.

When setting up your account, your office designates a “from” or “sender” address for your newsletters and emails sent from Fireside. This is a real email address that can receive replies, so we strongly suggest that you have your technical services representative (TSR) set up an automated reply that stipulates that the inbox is unattended and inquiries should be sent via the contact form on your website.
