Duplicates in Email Transmissions

If you receive duplicate emails, it's most likely because there were two separate emails that went to two separate addresses that ended up getting delivered to your account. A common example is when an audience has joe@mail.house.gov and staff@mail.house.gov both as members, in which case Joe will get two emails, one directly to his address and one that is sent through the staff mailing list.
