Survey Embed Header Mismatch

Surveys with one single select OR one multi-select question can be embedded into a newsletter. 

If the header text is updated after the creation of the survey question, there will be a discrepancy between the survey editor and the newsletter embed.

This can be rectified by updating the display text for the data field. Please note that only an account owner will have access to these next steps. 

1. Navigate to System Settings

2. Under 'Fields and Tags' select Fields

3. Find the Field Name of your survey question (this can be found in the top right corner of the survey editor)

4. Select the 3 dots on the right >Edit this field

5. Update the Displayed Text

6. Delete and readd your survey to the newsletter for the change to take effect
